Executive Coaching Groups
A Leader Vitality Executive Coaching Group consists of 4 to 6 leaders who meet monthly over the course of six months to a year for the purpose of solving problems that inhibit progress and supporting each other in the common pursuit of personal balance and professional success.
This highly structured group experience transforms members' leadership capacities by addressing the following issues:
- Feedback. Learn to give and receive the type of professional feedback that builds the confidence and competencies needed to become a successful leader.
- Interaction. Receive inspiration, clarity and direction from regular interactions with a small, diversely talented group of peers who possess a shared, fearless determination to succeed.
- Problem solving. Identify and resolve the critical problems that impede individual and organizational success.
- Interpersonal skills. Improve the interpersonal competencies and skills essential to succeeding as a leader.
- Technical competence. Develop a deeper understanding of the technical competencies required to be a professionally vital leader in a successful organization.
