Individual Executive Coaching

Leader Vitality Coaching involves creating a one-to-one coaching relationship between Dr. Harvey and a client, who may be an experienced corporate executive, mid - level manager, emerging leader, or a small business owner or entrepreneur.

In guiding clients through the process of identifying and successfully addressing challenging professional issues, Dr. Harvey serves as a teacher, listener, supporter and provocateur. He creates a safe and trusting, yet challenging, environment in which clients can discover the strengths and weaknesses that define their unique leader brands.

Data collected from the Leader Vitality 360 Scale gives critical focus to the coaching relationship. Using this data and a cyclical action learning process (assess, reflect, decide, plan, do), clients can quickly identify strategic leadership goals and progress toward leadership success.

Is Dr. Harvey's individual executive coaching effective? In recent engagements, 50 percent of senior and middle managers described it as "transformational," and a total of 80 percent described it as either "transformational" or having "lasting impact."
