Leader Development
I am leader development specialist with a vision to help our society grow a new generation of leaders, a generation of authentic leaders able to embrace the new and evolving leadership paradigm being shaped by the challenges and opportunities of a changing and uncertain world. A paradigm characterized by personally aware and socially skilled leaders (of all ages) who demonstrate personal and professional ethics and integrity, strong technical skills, the ability to adapt to change, and the desire to contribute to the common good.
Emerging Adult Leader Development
learn more >>
Emerging Adult Leaders are people in their late teens and twenties in the early stages of defining their lifework leader brand, that is, figuring out who they are and what they want to be when they grow up. I work with individuals and groups in this stage of development who have an expressed desire to unveil the attributes, values and talents that distinguish them as lifework leaders with power and potential. I teach, counsel and coach them through challenging exercises that strengthen their beliefs in their capacities to succeed; expand their levels of self and social awareness; uncover their passions and purpose; and develop the attributes and skills that will make them successful leaders in all aspects of their lives.
Experienced Adult Leader Renewal
Experienced Adult Leaders are people in their thirties and beyond, who have become established in their lives and careers. I work with individuals and groups in this stage of development who experience a sense of urgency to renew or redefine their career-life purpose and direction. There come times in the life when all mature, working adults experience pressures associated with change and transition - planned or otherwise - that are brought on by burnout, boredom, lay-offs, promotions, moves, changing relationships, grief, changes in health, lack of purpose or just an itch to give life an extra squeeze. I work with individuals and groups in this stage of development who experience a sense of urgency to renew or redefine their career-life purpose and direction.
